This study aid features an innovative method of content organization. It uses a checklist format to lead students through questions they need to ask to fully evaluate the legal problem they are trying to solve. It also synthesizes the material in a way that most students are unable to do on their own, and assembles the different issues, presenting a clear guide to analysis that students can draw upon when writing their exams. Other study aids provide sample problems, but this book offers a systematic approach to problem solving.

Who cares about the typos? Were there typos? I don’t remember any, but even if there were, who cares? I remember my A+ in PR and using this book to help me review. Simply put, the book serves its purpose – helping a law student ace professional responsibility.

Good Primer Though the other commenter is correct (there are typos in this book) I found it to be very helpful for someone who hated PR, had a textbook that was convoluted and horrible, and just needed a good, quick review. I really enjoyed it and it served the purpose.

jbw899 says:

Terrible This book is terrible. It contains numerous typos and incomprehensible sentences. In addition some of the explanations and statements of law are incomplete and/or explained poorly. Don’t waste your money on this book, I’d strongly suggest you use another one to study for PR.
