Very useful for first-year Civil Procedure courses This is a great edition of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. I used last year’s edition for my first-year Civil Procedure course and it was useful because it has wide margins to write notes and it includes relevant sections of the Constitution and the U.S. Code. The proceeds support a great organization, the Berkeley Law Women of Color Collective, so that is another great reason to purchase this edition.

This is the rules pamphlet I assign for my Civil Procedure course at Berkeley Law (Boalt Hall) This is the rules pamphlet I assign for my Civil Procedure course at Berkeley Law (Boalt Hall). It has the full set of the FRCP as of December 2016, plus the relevant sections of the U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Code. You can download the FRCP for free, but I think it’s useful to have a printed copy you can bring to class (or to a party). The proceeds all go to the Berkeley Law Women of Color Collective to support their important work. Professor David Oppenheimer.

Five Stars I like this version. It’s clean and I appreciate that it doesn’t have any legislative history or footnotes.
