Very poor lecture Of the 14 law CD lectures series I have listened to, this CD lecture was by far the worst. The lecture was very dull – I think Erwin Chemerinsky merely read an outline. Other law lecture CDs I have listened to have been much more interesting and enjoyable to listen to. After I could endure listening no more, I sold my CDs by Chemerinsky and bought the Sum & Substance CDs by John Dzienkowski.
