I believe people more experienced would be digging for more specific useful information. But they will not find it here If you think this book will help you represent yourself, don’t even bother. You will still need a lawyer because of the things talked about are so unfamiliar. It will tell you what to do, BUT IT will not SHOW YOU HOW. I assume you are picking up this book because you are a novice. Moreover, if I am right, you will have no usage of this book except getting some general idea to look and do extensive research elsewhere if you have a lot of time.

Use the right to represent yourself or it will be lost I have not read the entire book yet. But I have always been pleased by Nolo books. I have several that are very useful to me. The trying Cases to Win series, by Herbert Stern is also very helpful for this type of knowledge. The Anatomy of A Trial book by Stern is a more generalized approach to the 4 volumes.
